«The earth does not belong to man, man belongs to the earth» Sitting Bull
Established since 2011 after 15 years of commercial and technical business, I wanted to pick up the family torch which has been burning for 4 generations. The location of the vineyards in Irouléguy is quite exceptional, they are situated around the priory, a great historical place for the appellation.
This new profession enables me to blossom in several ways:
- Professionally by playing on the advantage of the cooperative with the possibility to be involved in the decisions, the choices and the strategy of the cooperative, whilst remaining in my vineyard.
- Humanely, through the encounters made at the Wine Cellar and through the mutual aide in the vineyards.
- On an environmental level, organic farming allows us to work in good healthy conditions for myself but also for the future generations even if the pressures linked to this agriculture are considerable. It is a choice...
Wine growing is my only profession today and it allows me to live satisfactorily and even contemplate recruiting or collaborating with somebody in the foreseeable future...
Passionate about vines and this Irouléguy appellation, I have three feathers to my cap: wine grower and member of the cooperative wine cellar, administrator of the cooperative wine cellar but also co-president of the AOC Irouléguy federation.

The wines from the Cellar are the fruit of the work and the values from which the wine growers and the members of the cooperative personally identify themselves.
