Nose : The nose is intense and complex. It is shared between exotic fruits, floral aromas, and an oaky finesse.
Palate : The entry on the palate is full bodied and generous,the perfectly integrated acidity reveals the aromatic power of this wine.
Blend : 70% Gros Manseng, 25% Petit Manseng, 5% Petit Courbu.
Vinification : Skin maceration, light pressing, long fermentation at 18-20°C in casks and barrels.
Maturing : On the lees with stirring in barrels and casks during 7 months.
Consume within : 4 years. Alcohol: 14°
