Nose : Elegant, with a beautiful harmony of exotic and citrus fruits, floral note on the finish.
Palate : The wine is supple with a beautiful freshness on the palate. The finish is very flavoursome.
Blend : 70% Gros Manseng, 30% Petit Manseng.
Vinification : Skin maceration, light pressing, fermentation at 16-18°C.
Maturing : on the lees, with a passage in a cask for 4 months.
Consume within 3 years. Alcohol: 14°
Best served between 8-10°C
