Blend : 80% Petit Manseng, 10% Gros Manseng, 10% Petit Courbu.
Vinification : Skin maceration, light pressing, fermentation at 16 to 18°C.
Maturing : This wine matures on the lees in french oak barrels for 7 months.
Consume within : 5 ans. Alcohol: 15°
