TASTING

Appearance : wine with a bright golden hue.

Nose: powerful, complex, with a beautiful harmony of exotic fruits combined with floral and truffle notes.

Palate: the wine is well rounded, with a lovely freshness. Our Lehia vintage offers a remarkable aromatic finish.

VINIFICATION

Blend : 90% Petit Manseng, 10% Gros Manseng.

Vinification : Skin maceration, light pressing, fermentation at 16 to 18°C.

Maturing : This wine matures on the lees in french oak barrels for 7 months.

Consume within : 5 ans. Alcohol: 15°
