Appearance : Yellow-straw coloured wine with a golden hue.
Nose : Elegant, with a beautiful harmony of exotic and citrus fruits, a floral note on the finish.
Palate : The wine is supple, with a beautiful freshness on the palate. The aromatic and saline finish is very flavoursome.
Blend : 70% Gros Manseng, 30% Petit Manseng.
Vinification : Pellicular maceration, light pressing, fermentation at 16-18°C.
Maturing : On the lees in vats for 4 to 5 months.
Consume within : 3 to 4 years. Alcohol : 14°
Best served around 8-10°C
