Appearance : pink-salmon coloured with bright reflections.
Nose : beautiful harmony between the fruity notes such as cherry and peach and the elegance of the floral notes.
Palate : the wine is well proportioned with a tender and full-bodied structure. Beautiful acid balance which offers depth and personality to this wine.
Blend : 55 % Cabernet Franc, 40 % Tannat, 5 % Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification : direct pressing and 'bleeding', controlled fermentation at 16 -18°C.
Maturing : 3 to 4 months, then bottled in Spring to preserve the fruit.
Consume within : 2 years. Alcohol : 13,5°
