Appearance : pink-salmon coloured with a beautiful intensity and a lot of brightness.
Nose : the nose is powerful with notes of red berries such as strawberry or cassis. Beautiful floral complexity with hints of violette and lime blossom.
Palate : the wine is full-bodied and rich on the palate with a good acid balance. The finish is fruity.
Blend : 52% Tannat, 47% Cabernet Franc, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification : direct pressing respecting the grape. Fermentation in inox vats at 16-18°C.
Maturing : 3 to 4 months, then bottled in Spring to preserve the fruit.
Consume within : 3 years. Alcohol : 14°
Best served between 9-12°C
