Palate : the entry on the palate is rich and the tanins are elegant. This wine presents a beautiful balance.
Blend : 70% Tannat, 30% Cabernet franc.
Vinification : maceration respecting the fruit for 15 days with fermentation at 30°C.
Maturing : in casks and barrels for 12 months.
Consume within : 3 to 4 years. Alcohol : 12.5°
