Appearance : pink garnet coloured with a beautiful intensity and beautiful brightness.
Nose : the nose is powerful with red berry notes such as strawberry or blackcurrant.
Palate : the wine is full-bodied on the palate with a good freshness. The bubbles are fine and abundant.
Blend : 50% Tannat, 50% other grape varieties.
Vinification : skin maceration and bleeding. Fermentation in inox vats at 16-18°C.
Maturing : 1 month in vats, and 14 months sur lattes.
Consume within : 2 ans. Alcohol : 13,5°
For a festive aperitif.
Follow with grilled meats or white meats.
With a fruit or chocolate dessert (tart, ice-cream, tiramisu…).
Best served between 9 and 12°C.
